Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Accounts

For certain features you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any use from your account. Samaro will not be liable for unauthorized access due to the User’s negligence.

2. License and restrictions

Samaro grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to sublicense or resell access, modify/copy/distribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Site to develop services that compete with AxiaGPT.

All rights in the Site, content, code, designs, and trademarks belong to Samaro Inc. or its licensors.

3. User content

"User Content" is any data, text, audio, or file you upload or generate. You grant Samaro an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, process, and store such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site.

Publishing illegal or offensive content, introducing malicious software, accessing others’ systems, or using the Site for fraudulent purposes is prohibited. Samaro may suspend accounts for non-compliance.

4. AI and voice features

AxiaGPT incorporates language models, form processing, and voice recognition. These features provide general information, do NOT constitute legal advice, and do NOT create an attorney-client relationship. They are subject to logging and quality monitoring.

Any AI response must be reviewed with judgment; for legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.

5. Certified translation (AxiaCertify)

AxiaGPT offers certified translations meeting USCIS requirements, with an estimated delivery of 24 to 48 business hours, certification signed by a qualified translator, and possible additional charges disclosed before the request.

6. Legal disclaimer

Samaro Inc. and AxiaGPT do not provide legal advice, do not practice law, and do not represent the User before any authority. All information is general, orientational, and informational. Use of the Site does not establish an attorney-client relationship under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; use of the Site is at your sole responsibility; and Samaro’s total liability will not exceed US$50.

You agree to indemnify Samaro Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claim arising from use of the Site or from a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by the laws of Delaware; disputes are resolved before the courts of Delaware. Before any formal action, the User must send a notice to legal@axiagpt.com and attempt an informal resolution. The parties waive class actions.

9. General provisions

Samaro may suspend or restrict access at any time. The intellectual property, liability, and jurisdiction clauses survive termination. The User agrees to receive electronic communications with full legal validity.
