Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any use made of your account. Samaro will not be liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

Only individuals who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority under the law where they reside may create an account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. License and restrictions

Samaro grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to sublicense or resell access; modify, copy, or distribute the Site; reverse engineer it; or use the Site to develop services that compete with AxiaGPT.

All rights to the Site, its content, code, designs, and trademarks belong to Samaro, Inc. or its licensors.

3. User content

"User Content" is any data, text, audio, or file that you upload or generate. You grant Samaro an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, process, and store that content in order to operate and improve the Site.

Posting illegal or offensive content, introducing malicious software, accessing third-party systems, or using the Site for fraudulent purposes is prohibited. Samaro may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. AI and voice features

AxiaGPT incorporates language models, form processing, and voice recognition based on artificial intelligence (AI). These features provide general information, do not constitute legal advice, and do not create an attorney-client relationship. These features are logged and subject to quality controls.

Any AI response should be reviewed with judgment; if you have legal questions, consult an attorney licensed to practice.

5. Certified translation (AxiaCertify)

AxiaGPT offers certified translations in accordance with the requirements of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), with an estimated delivery of 24 to 48 business hours, a certification signed by a qualified translator, and possible additional charges disclosed before the request.

6. Legal disclaimer

Samaro, Inc. and AxiaGPT do not provide legal advice, do not practice law, and do not represent you before any authority. All information is general, guidance-oriented, and informational. Use of the Site does not establish an attorney-client relationship under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; use of the Site is at your sole risk; and Samaro’s total liability will not exceed US$50.

You agree to indemnify Samaro, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claim arising from use of the Site or a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by the laws of Delaware, and disputes are resolved before the courts of Delaware. Before any formal action, you must send a notice to legal@axiagpt.com and attempt an informal resolution. The parties waive class actions.

9. General provisions

Samaro may suspend or restrict access at any time. The intellectual property, liability, and jurisdiction clauses survive termination. You agree to receive electronic communications with full legal validity.
