At AxiaGPT we deeply value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the privacy laws in force in the United States (CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, and other applicable state and federal laws).

Information we collect

Over the last twelve (12) months, AxiaGPT has collected, processed, or received the following categories of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA:

A. Personal identifiers: username, email address, encrypted password, IP address, account identifier, device identifiers, cookies, or other unique identifiers.

B. User-generated content: chat conversations, questions and answers, completed forms, documents or files uploaded for review, translation, or AI training.

C. Transaction information: payment history via Stripe, amounts and dates, type of plan purchased.

D. Technical or network activity information: IP, browser, operating system, time zone, language, referring URL, time spent, clicks, and pages visited.

E. General geolocation: approximate country or city derived from the IP address. We do not collect GPS coordinates or precise location.

F. Profile or preferences: selected language, feature usage history, types of cases consulted.

G. Contact and support: contact-form messages, emails, support tickets.

H. Professional or commercial information (if applicable), only if the user provides it voluntarily.

AxiaGPT does not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA, except where you voluntarily enter it in the chat or forms as part of your immigration case. That information is not used for purposes other than those you request, nor shared with third parties.

Business and commercial purposes

We use the information to: provide and operate the service; process payments; improve the product and train the AI models in an anonymized and aggregated manner; personalize the experience; communications and support; fraud prevention and security; and compliance with legal obligations.

AxiaGPT does not sell, share, or disclose your personal information for third-party targeted advertising, nor for any purpose that would qualify as a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sharing/selling, to limit the use of sensitive information, and to non-discrimination.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect their information. We also strive to comply with the privacy laws of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Utah (UCPA), and Connecticut (CTDPA), among others.

How to exercise your rights

You may submit your request by writing to admin@axiagpt.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request". We will respond within a maximum of 45 days (extendable by up to 90 additional days with notice).

To protect your information we may ask to verify your identity. We retain records of requests for a minimum of 24 months in accordance with the CCPA/CPRA.

Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures: SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS), secure passwords, restricted access, periodic reviews, and service providers with appropriate security measures.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version.
