What messages you will receive

Case Watch alerts: we notify you when your USCIS case status changes (for example, "case received", "biometrics scheduled", "approved").

Account security: one-time verification codes when you register or change your phone number.

We do not send advertising or marketing messages by SMS under this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your case activity (event-based): we only text you when there is a status change or when you request a verification code. It is generally low.

How you give consent (opt-in)

Opt-in is a web form inside your AxiaGPT account: you enter your phone number and actively check a consent checkbox (never pre-checked) before receiving any message.

Your number is only used for the messages described here. We do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How to get help (HELP) and how to cancel (STOP)

Help: reply HELP to any message, or email us at support@axiagpt.com.

Cancel: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will stop receiving SMS from this program. You can also remove or change your number from your account.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. AxiaGPT does not charge for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier.

Privacy and terms

Handling of your number and data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and use of the service by our Terms and Conditions.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
